Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Cruce's Hotel Boutique, I found the establishment offers a practical blend of comfort and affordability, making it a solid choice for travelers seeking a lodging experience close to historic sites in the area. The hotel, charmingly housed in a beautifully restored colonial building, provides a serene environment complemented by an inviting patio. I particularly appreciated my second room, nestled in the backyard, which offered a nice quiet ambiance. The comfort is enhanced by air conditioning and available tea and coffee facilities, ensuring that even warm days are pleasant. While the breakfast selection was adequate, the staff consistently demonstrated a keen willingness to assist with any needs, from currency exchange to local tips. Located within a 10-15 minute walk to San Telmo Market, its position strikes a balance between accessibility and tranquility. For those traveling on a budget yet desiring a touch of luxury, Cruce's Hotel Boutique presents a compelling value proposition. Would I return? Certainly, for both the experience and financial sensibility.
